🧠 The “Daily Brain Reset” – A Mental Hack to Take Back Your Day
“You can’t pour from an empty cup. But you also can’t refill it if you’re never still.”
Many of us feel like we’re running on fumes by midday - and we push through, running on stress and caffeine. But what if a 10-minute habit could reset your mental system like a hard refresh on your browser?
Here’s how to implement your Daily Brain Reset:
⏱️ Set a Timer: 10 Minutes
Not negotiable. Set it mid-morning or just before the afternoon crash.
📴 Unplug All Input
Phone face-down. No music. No podcast. Just you.
💨 Breathe & Scan
Close your eyes. Take five deep breaths. Mentally scan from head to toe.
Ask: What is tight? What is loud in my mind? What am I ignoring?
📝 Mental Emptying
Jot down anything that’s nagging at you (digital or paper). This isn’t journaling - just unload.
🎯 One “Reboot” Intention
Choose one thing you’ll do with full attention after this reset.
🧩 This reset method draws inspiration from GTD, mindfulness, and executive function research.
Add it to your SmartSelf System toolkit.

🚨 Darcula: AI is making phishing more dangerous than ever!
Cybercriminals are upgrading their tactics – with Artificial Intelligence. The new tool “Darcula” can clone any website within seconds and automatically translate it into any language.
The result: deceptively realistic fake sites that are almost indistinguishable from the originals. What used to be limited to big names like Google or Facebook is now possible with any website. This makes attacks more targeted, sophisticated – and unfortunately, much more dangerous.
Particularly affected: phishing via SMS, RCS, or iMessage (smishing).
Spam filters are only partially effective. What we should do now:
Always be skeptical of links in messages.
Access websites directly, never via received links.
Regularly raise awareness among teams and colleagues.
AI is changing the rules – we must evolve with it.
👉 Stay alert – your security starts with you.
🤖 Meet NEO - Your Robot Butler in Training
From dish delivery to door answering - NEO is the latest teased humanoid model aiming to assist in both domestic and commercial settings.
It's early, but promising.
Let’s just hope NEO knows how to fold laundry… unlike Tesla's Optimus. 😉
